NSV #4-#7Had a coworker stop by my office today and said, "You've lost a lot of weight". (Emphasis on a lot!) He said I looked really good and congratulated me on a good job.
Also, I've inspired my mom. She started on South Beach yesterday and now phones me at least 2-3 times a day ~ can I have this, can I have that, how do you do this, how do you do that......Well, you get the idea. I love you, Mom :-)
I bought 2 pairs of size 10 Levi's yesterday. Woo-hoo!!!
I've got definition in my arms. Me. The girl who can see herself the worst distorted way imaginable. I've got definition in my arms!
