NSV #8 and TodayI got a double-take and a "My God, you look great!" today. This is on top of the 4 people who stopped by to comment on my weightloss yesterday. Woo-hoo!

NSV #4-#7Had a coworker stop by my office today and said, "You've lost a lot of weight". (Emphasis on a lot!) He said I looked really good and congratulated me on a good job.
Also, I've inspired my mom. She started on South Beach yesterday and now phones me at least 2-3 times a day ~ can I have this, can I have that, how do you do this, how do you do that......Well, you get the idea. I love you, Mom :-)
I bought 2 pairs of size 10 Levi's yesterday. Woo-hoo!!!
I've got definition in my arms. Me. The girl who can see herself the worst distorted way imaginable. I've got definition in my arms!

Three NSVs (aka Yay, Me!)I went to the gym tonight ~ even though I didn't want to. To be honest, I'd planned on it but by the end of the day I just didn't want to go. But I dressed out and went anyway. 60 minutes on the ellipitical; 15 minutes on the bike.
I had an orientation with a prior employee today ~ she'd only left 6 months ago, so that would have been the last time she saw me. She didn't recognize me. (That's a good thing!)
I have a pair of pants I bought in December ~ they're supposed to be fitted, a little snug in the butt ~ and they looked great. They're too big now. I can still wear them, but they're no longer fitted.

NSV #2Well, NSV #2 since I started this blog. I fit into my size 12 jeans this morning! Woo-hoo. AND there is another jacket I've been dying to wear that hasn't even fit me ~ it fits me now :-) I only wish it didn't have the built in shoulder pads.

NSVI have a coat that my mom gave me a few years ago that I was never able to fit into. I held onto it with the intention that one day, it would fit. Well, this morning..........it fit and I wore it to work. A great way to start my day.
