MustI must get out of this chair and go do Pilates. It's just 30 minutes. I can do it. Although, I would so much just like to lounge and drink my coffee ~ I just don't have the time for that luxury today. I have to leave in 2 hours to go sit with my girls, so this is the only time I'll have today to get my exercise in. It's only 30 minutes. I can do it.
