FrustratingI had every intention of going to the gym tonight to do elliptical and bike. I even got to the gym and walked around twice. Not one machine to be had. Not one. It's so frustrating that I pay a monthly membership fee and then can barely use it. So, I went home and did 40 minutes of Pilates instead. At least I didn't let it completely wreck my evening ~ I still got in some exercise. I'll try the gym again tomorrow and see what happens.
I guess in hindsight it's okay. I donated blood today and they did say no strenuous exercise for the rest of the day. But really, how strenuous is the elliptical really?? :-)
